Enterprise Information Security’s (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargo’s infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

We have a new opportunity for a senior Business Systems Consultant in the Enterprise Information Security, Cyber Threat Management‘s Enterprise Threat Management (CTM ETS) organization. The individual selected for this position will lead, manage, and support the Enterprise Threat Services mission to improve internal and external department collaboration, to improve efforts of enhanced threat & vulnerability identification, attack surface analysis, threat modeling. The right candidate for this role will participate in large projects and lead small to mid-sized projects. In addition, they will gather, translate and write requirements and participate in defining, documenting and managing internal cyber security related processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both

  • 9+ years of process definition and documentation experience

  • 9+ years of project management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation: impact analysis, detailed designs and unit test plans

  • Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements-

  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security

  • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions

  • Knowledge and understanding of technology project management: administrate and manage project schedules for multiple high profile implementation teams

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry

  • Knowledge and understanding of threat analysis and assessment of potential and current information security risk/threats

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills

  • Microsoft Visio experience

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner

  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology audit and risk management

  • Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management

  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management

  • Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using SQL or similar querying methods

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
